It doesn’t take long for Alex to change his initial reaction of terror, to one of irritation as Rudolph peeks out from the other side of the farmhouse and looks at him Alex, where he begins to kill himself laughing.
My God, look at you there, scared by a scarecrow!
Alex, irritated by this, says the following.
Alex: OH YEAH, HOW GREAT YOUR JOKES ARE OLD MAN, HERE’S MINE!
Alex rests his hands on the scarecrow’s head, where he proceeds to rip its head off and throws it in Rudolph’s direction, Rudolph while laughing, reacts to Alex’s attack, and only moves his head slightly to the right, allowing the head to continue its trajectory. Alex becomes irritated after seeing Rudolph’s look and mockery, but this changes when a sound of breaking wood rings out.
They both look in the direction of the sound where a large hole can now be seen in the wall of the farmhouse.
Rudolph immediately after seeing it for a few seconds says:
Rudolph: OH SHIT!!!!
Rudolph starts running towards the hole and tries to quickly cover it with whatever object he has nearby, but while covering the hole, we see some chickens trying to escape from the farm, one manages to slip out of Rudolph’s hands.
Rudolph: ALEX! GET HIM!
Alex: Huh?! And why should I do it? You go and grab it!
From there you can see how the animal jumps on Alex and starts attacking him, causing Alex to focus his sights on the chicken which is now a meter away after attacking him.
Alex: Now this is personal.
After saying that Alex chases him from behind the animal, the chicken starts to get in and move all over the farm, but eventually Alex manages to grab it.
Alex: I’VE GOT YOU FUCKING ANIMAL, NOW YOU WILL BE MY DINNER!
Even so, before he could finish his sentence, Rudolph hits Alex from behind, who lets go of the animal abruptly.
Alex: AND THAT WAS BECAUSE??
Rudolph: For throwing his head and causing this mess in the first place!
From there Rudolph starts to walk to where the rest of the chickens are standing while he calms the one in his hands.
Alex: This wouldn’t have happened if you hadn’t tried to scare me, you damn old man.
Rudolph says a bit irritated.
Rudolph: I succeeded, so much so that you broke the farm!
Argh…I’ll spend all day trying to fix this right….
Rudolph gets up and walks over to a couple of bags, where he grabs one of them and looks at Alex. It takes a few seconds for Alex to realize what came to Rudolph’s mind.
Alex: No. Don’t even think about-
But it’s too late, Rudolph throws the bags on Alex, which with the weight alone, render him immobile against the ground.
Rudolph: So YOU will be in charge of delivering today’s wheat to all the residents, starting with Canéy while I fix this!
Alex shakes his head in Rudolph’s direction.
Alex: WHAT? ALL THIS WHEAT? I CAN’T EVEN MOVE!!!!
Rudolph simply responds in a mocking manner:
Rudolph: That sounds like a pathetic excuse for not doing your job~.
Alex: And you say that as if you think I will do it, you’re insane Old Man!
Rudolph smirks and turns around to focus his attention to the hole.
Rudolph: It’s your choice! You do it…or there will be no practice today.
Alex immediately reacts to hearing what Rudolph says, and manages to lift the bags, albeit with great difficulty.
Alex: N-no way old man!!!!
Alex starts walking slowly while carrying the bags towards the house of the old man Caney, who lives in one of the higher parts of the city after a couple of stairs and the natural climb of the hill where the city was located, even so, Alex felt confident feeling the weight of the bags getting lighter with time, but after taking a few steps along the path of the street, he stumbles by a small rock on the way, from there Rudolph can be heard in the distance laughing, which irritates Alex.
It takes some time, but Alex eventually arrives at Caney’s house, a huge 2-story house, similar in size to his own. After putting the bags on the floor, he knocks on the door and waits for someone to pay attention, after a few seconds he is greeted by a lady.
Adult: Greetings? Ah, if it isn’t Alex!
He extends his hand towards Alex, but Alex doesn’t do it with his hand for a few seconds, instead he points his hand towards the sack.
Alex: There was a little problem at the farm, so the Old Man asked me to give this to Caney, by the way, where is that old man anyway?
Adult: Alex! Have more respect for Caney! Right now he’s busy chatting with someone, but you can come in and leave the bags.
Alex looks at her with confusion.
(Is she serious?)
Adult: Yes, you can leave them in the kitchen, I can’t take care of it right now.
Immediately after she finishes saying that, 2 children are seen running in her direction, spinning around the adult’s legs, playing catch, one chasing the other relentlessly, eventually one manages to get between the adult’s legs and they start playing around Alex.
Alex: Hey! Stay still you little shits!
They ignore what Alex says, before he can grab them, to the children’s luck, the woman grabs them both and pulls them to her side.
Adult : Daniel! Maria!
Both of you to your rooms right now!
Both children with sad faces retire to their rooms, after leaving the woman looks at Alex with some anger before telling him the following.
Adult: As you can see, I’m quite busy because of certain…influences.
Once that was said, the woman starts walking towards a hallway of the home.
Alex walks away, leaving the bags at the door of the home, a noticeable look of anger is visible.
